I’ve been cooking long enough that I rarely just find a recipe and go with it. What I’d like to do is take you along with me each week as I break a recipe down into its basic elements, tweak them, and put them back together to make something special.

Yeah, I think that I have the most fun cooking when I have a limited set of ingredients and just wing it!
